Guarantee
Tickers' timepieces are 100% guaranteed. Any timepiece damaged in shipping may be returned for replacements. If you are not completely satisfied with your Tickers' timepiece within 7 days of purchase, Tickers will replace your purchase upon request. There is a re-stocking fee for any products exchanged subject to returned products are in original packaging and re-salable condition.

Taxes
All Canadian customers pay 5% G.S.T. and 7% P.S.T or 13% H.S.T. where applicable.
All Continental USA customers pay taxes where applicable.

Credit Cards Issued Outside of the USA/Canada
If you are using a credit card issued outside of the USA/Canada, you may be asked to provide one or more of the documents listed below:

• A copy of the front and back of the credit card;
• A copy of your passport or another form of picture identification; and
• Any document indicating your billing address (bank statement, utility bill, credit card statement, etc.)
