Shipping & Handling Rates
All orders will be shipped within 48 hours upon receipt of full payment. The method of shipping is specified by the customer at the time of checkout. The following rates apply to delivery within the continental USA and Canada.

USA Customers
Shipping and Handling is $6.50 USD for the first unit plus $2.50 for each additional unit up to 11 total.
12-25 units for $25.00

Canada Customers
Shipping and Handling is $8.00 USD for the first unit plus $4.00 for each additional unit up to a total of 12. Enquire for orders of more than 12 units.

All customers have the option to ship their own way using their company and account number. This information must be entered into the order under the shipping section at the time the order is submitted.

Defective timepieces may be returned to Tickers for repair or replacement. Each timepiece must be returned in proper packaging with $4.95 for shipping and repair handling charges. Each Tickers' timepiece is warranteed to you for a period of one year from the purchase date. (This warranty does not apply to case, crystal, crown, strap, or batteries). If the timepiece develops defects within the one year period it will be repaired or replaced, at our option, with the same or similar model. Simply, MAIL the timepiece, carefully packaged with the included guarantee and a cheque or money order for $4.95 to cover shipping and handling to either the above USA address (if you are in the USA) or to our head office in Canada (if you are in Canada or any other country).
